I started in the mortgage industry because of my passion for customer service. I just like to make people happy and help them achieve their dreams by providing excellent service. I focus mainly on educating new home owners and host a lot of home buying seminars at realtors’ offices. I don’t shy away from difficult loans because they make me a better mortgage professional. I derive great satisfaction from getting a loan to closing and make a habit of attending my closings. Clients enjoy hassle free transactions because I do a lot of the work with them upfront. I am a great listener and my interactions with clients continue after closing a loan, this is how I maintain good relationships with them. I rely on past clients for referrals.
